Refunds/Cancellations/Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of all of our personalized items we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for any personalized or engraved products . Including hats, personalized jewelry or personalized leather gifts & products.

Leather bracelet orders due to incorrect size ordered may be exchanged for correct size with a rework fee

$6.00 for reducing all bracelets except Add your ring bracelets.* $10.00 for Add your ring bracelets and enlargement work*

*plus return shipping back to you. No refunds or cancellations

~ If we made an error, we apologize and are happy to remake or refund based on the customers preference within 90 days of the original order date ~
