Due to the customized nature of all of our personalized items we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for any personalized or engraved products . Including hats, personalized jewelry or any personalized leather gifts & products.
Leather bracelet resizing - we make reductions only
Leather bracelets needing to be reduced in size may be sent back with the proper reworking fee, original bracelet in unused condition and a note including the correct smaller size.
$6.00 plus return shipping to you for reducing all bracelets except Add your ring bracelets
$10.00 plus return shipping for reductions for all Add your ring bracelets
No refunds or cancellations due to an incorrect size being noted by buyer.
If a larger size is required after purchase and received by customer - a new bracelet will have to be purchased.
IF WE MADE AN ERROR
~ If we made an error in size, color or any other portion of the order - we apologize and are happy to remake or refund based on the customers preference within 30 days of the original purchase date.
