SHIPPING TIMELINE
Please note dates provided are estimates and arrival times are NOT GUARANTEED.
The USPS 7 other Shippers have announced delays due to heavy holiday volume, being short staffed, weather as well as ongoing effects of COVID.
Please contact us if you would like to upgrade shipping for a guaranteed delivery date or have any other questions.
- Leather Jewelry - small order hats of 4 or less hats these are all made to order and will be made and shipped in 2-4 business days from your purchase date. Business days for this example are Monday through Friday 9 to 5pm You will get an email confirmation with tracking number once shipped.
- Large Hat orders of 5 to 20 plus - 1-2 weeks from your purchase date
- All other engraved leather products 5-7 days to be made and shipped via USPS Ground advantage shipping
- Shipping times vary depending on location. USPS will quote shipping times at checkout, but it is not a guarantee so please allow 4-6 days for domestic delivery.
You will get an email confirmation with tracking number once shipped.
SHIPPING RATES
We use calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
SHIPPING & DISCOUNT INFO:
-Spend $ 50.00 and get FREE SHIPPING! (USPS Ground Advantage mail is used for all free shipping, please contact us regarding upgraded shipping costs)
-Only 1 sale promotion or coupon code can be used at a time, when more than 1 promotion is offered. Cannot double up on percentages off or any other discount.
-FREE SHIPPING for multiple hat orders is done using USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE only as shipping type. Approximately 7-days to arrive after item is made.
Please do not request expedited or 1st class priority shipping unless you contact us to and have make the neccessary adjustments to your shipping rate for the upgraded shipping
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Bellablueart16@gmail with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
SHIPPING TO POST OFFICE BOXES:
Some shipping carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
